What we keep
This page sets out what LIVESNG stores, why, and for how long. It is written to be read, not to reassure.
If you are searching the directory
There is no account to create and no form to fill in, so we hold no profile of you and never ask what happened to you.
We do keep two sets of counters, so we can see where the directory is failing people. One records that a search ran — which filters were used and how many results came back. The other records that a profile was opened, or that a phone number or email was revealed on it. Each row carries a date, those values, and nothing else. We use them to find the states and practice areas where people search and get nothing back, and to tell listed practitioners how much interest their profile is drawing.
If you subscribe to updates
We store the email address you give us and nothing else. It is never shared or sold. Reply to any email to be removed.
If you are a lawyer listing yourself
We store what you type into the registration form. The professional details — name, firm, enrolment number, practice areas, fees and the contact routes you choose — are published on your public profile once verified, which is the point of listing. Internal verification notes are never published. You can edit or hide your listing at any time, and ask us to delete it outright.
What your browser keeps
Your device records the pages you visit whatever this site does. If someone else has access to your phone, read covering your tracks before you browse.
Who we share with
Nobody, other than the hosting and database providers that run this site. We do not sell data and we run no advertising.
